Web Chat Stats

Returns the same numbers as the channel’s Overview tab in the dashboard: how many chats you had, how many your AI assistant handled on its own, the leads captured, and the average chat rating.

GET/v2.0/web-chat/channels/{channelId}/stats

Scope, access and plan

Needs web_chat:read on scoped keys, web chat on for your account, and a plan that includes web chat (otherwise 403 FEATURE_NOT_ENABLED).

How days are counted

Days follow the time zone in the channel’s business hours settings, the same as the dashboard, and the answer tells you which one in timezone. A channel without a valid time zone uses Asia/Kolkata.

today: from midnight today until now.
7d and 30d: the last 7 or 30 days, including today.
chats.previous is the period to compare with: the same weekday last week up to the same time of day for today, and the period of the same length just before for the others.
byDay has 7 days for today and 7d, and 30 days for 30d, oldest first.

Errors

400	`INVALID_RANGE`	`range` is not `today`, `7d` or `30d`
403	`FEATURE_NOT_ENABLED`	Your plan does not include web chat
404	`CHANNEL_NOT_FOUND`	No web chat channel with that id on this account
502	`UPSTREAM_ERROR`	The web chat service did not answer. Try again shortly
